The financial assessment and due diligence process will be prepared by the buyers’ legal team; and coordinated and reviewed with the sellers’ legal and accounting team.
  4. Egret Advisors has a database of contacts of over 1,500 lighting OEMs and 100+ private equity firms. The median revenue for lighting manufacturers is around $20 million in revenue; but about 40 companies have exceeded $100M in revenues.
